A central hub for exploration

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Old Town. I loved the vibrant breakfast scene, filled with local flavors and fresh pastries that fueled my days.

The Wi-Fi connection left much to be desired, often dropping and slowing to a crawl. Adding to that, the bathroom cleanliness was a concern when I spotted a roach .

Ideal hotel in a very good building with great views on a park on walking distance of the railway station. The location in the middle of Minsk. Nearby Gostiny Dvor - great place to chill out. A small restaurant with good food and nice prices...

The location is unbeatable, right by vibrant city attractions. The rooms arenice and neat.

Staff interactions felt distant, lacking warmth and personalization which dampened the overall experience. The bathroom facilities had poor ventilation, leading to unpleasant odors.

+location - main street, city center +comfortable room +good speed wi-fi +accurate, friendly and helpful staff +free parking +nice breakfast (cooked a really good porridge on demand within 5 minutes)

- misunderstanding with directions for guest parking (not a big minus since the staff was really helpful about it): parking near the main entrance is prohibited, and there is a sign dispatching for public parking 1.5 km away. While real parking for the guests is in the inner yard, having entrance from another street. Checked the hotel site, no directions as well.

1) Breakfast buffet was quite modest. Omlet was pretty bad. But just fried eggs were good :) 2) No SPA in the hotel.

Great room with air conditioning, tv, and a comfortable bed. The spacious bathroom had a shower, free toiletries, and towels. Loved having a kettle and complimentary bottled water. The underground shopping center was super handy for grabbing snacks. Staff were quick to help with my late checkout request. The hotel was a safe area, perfect for walking around at night.
